WHAT IS PERMANENT MAKE-UP
Permanent makeup, also known as micro pigmentation, is cosmetic tattooing in which pigment is inserted beneath the surface of the skin to create a long-lasting makeup effect for the brows, eyes and lips. The process uses pigments rather than ink and although it will fade over time, it can last up to three years. Regular top-ups every 12 to 18 months will keep the makeup looking fresh and defined.
